What is this?
It is no secret that people are experiencing high levels of stress in their lives and the workplace, which negatively impacts well-being and productivity. Effective mental health and stress management interventions exist but can be inaccessible due to shortages in qualified mental health providers and the high cost of care. Additionally, some people still have a stigma around going to therapy. The research has shown that accredited professionals trained in cognitive behavioral coaching interventions can support clients in decreasing “perceived stress” and increasing well-being. Cognitive behavioral therapy techniques are solution-focused and backed by comprehensive research and scientific study. They support people in fulfilling their vision and goals, by understanding the impact of their thoughts, on their feelings and behavior.
