About this event

Most coaches believe they’re already good listeners. But we process information about four times faster than people speak, so our minds wander, judge, or prepare a response instead of truly taking in what the client is saying. Grounded in ICF Core Competency 6 (Listens Actively) and Competency 5 (Maintains Presence), this interactive session helps coaches discover their default listening patterns, expand their listening repertoire, and build the agility to adapt their listening to what each client needs in the moment. This is not a lecture. It is a working session with experiential exercises, real coaching scenarios, and peer practice. Participants leave with a personal Listening Flexibility self-assessment and a 30-day practice plan.
