Ron Cheshire of The Co-Leadership Group and co-author of “Codevelopment Action Learning for Business” will introduce the Codevelopment Action Learning (CAL) approach. He will cover its five key principles and its role in enhancing collaboration and innovation in coaching. The session will also explore how to leverage CAL in group coaching to co-create solutions, accelerate client growth, and expand service offerings.
