We will boldly step into a highly interactive, provocative discussion, unpacking questions around intuition, bias, and coaching. Using gamification as an inclusive modality, we will flow with each other in real-time, reflect and amplify each other’s insights, and share our own, leaving behind the need for “one right way.”

Drawing from years of coaching, facilitation, and consulting in the DEI space—and engaging mentors and peers in discussions on intuition and bias—we’ve learned these conversations can be both engaging and thought-provoking. Our session embraces the polarity of take seriously: hold lightly, tackling serious topics through reflective discussions and interactive games to create an inclusive, immersive experience. Using a gaming platform, we ensure all contributions remain anonymous, fostering honest and open dialogue while building community within the group.
